we came across this hidden gem thanks to yelp! it's located in an empty parking lot on corporate drive right behind hmart! they don't even have an ig or a website :o this food truck specializes in jianbing which is a traditional chinese street food that's often eaten for breakfast. it's basically a fried egg crepe wrapped w spam! the tianjin-style jianbing didn't have any protein but there was a large crispy wonton. it also had a tiny hint of spice from the chili oil and savory bean paste! overall the food was very filling for a really good price! i recommend going early bc some items sell out quick! we got there around noon and they were already out of the chinese burger :( also make sure to bring cash w you i think they're cash-only! what we got: - jianbing - tianjin-style jianbing - steamed pork baos ig: @whatsviveating

Super authentic! The veggie bun is the best so far I had in US, mixed with Chinese leek, egg and little dry shrimp, skin is not too thick too. My brother also like the crepes so much!

Absolutely delicious 煎饼 (pancake)! Authentic taste - comparable to the taste from China. Recommend to take soy bean milk with it - perfect pairing. Also silky tofu soup was tasty!

Flavor of the meat in the " Chinese hamburger" was super good. The crepe was crunchy and what I expected. My only wish was the bread on roujiamo would have been more of that authentic crispy flakey outside like in Xi'an instead of the dry style you can get frozen at the Asian marts. Id still go back if I lived in the area

Nut allergy friendly for what I ordered! A small food truck located in a nondescript plaza, Lau's Kitchen is a hidden gem! On a nice day, you'll notice people waiting in their cars with the window down waiting for their orders to be called. Order to Ready: 6 Minutes We got a Laus Pancake Wrap with spam for three people to have a snack. It comes with two fluffy crepe-like wraps that are an explosion of sweet, spicy, crispy, and soft all at once. One is enough for a snack and two is a full meal, and the spam adds some protein and extra texture. The value is great for the portions you get!

The best! We got the jianbing (Chinese crepe) spicy by request, along with soy milk, and meat buns. Everything was delicious and authentic. Service was pleasant and fast as well. This is the best place to grab a hearty bite before going grocery shopping in Chinatown

The best most delicious Jianbing ever! These savory egg crepes are sprinkled with green onions and sesame seeds, spread with a delicious bean paste and wrap around a crispy wonton. If you've never had them, you must try them!
